Cornerstone Capacities Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit established for the purpose of facilitating charitable, educational, and scientific (IT) supporting resilience and mental health for various age, class, and cultural groups.
The Cornerstone Leadership Fellowship equips young leaders in public service, business, and nonprofits with leadership skills. Our cohort of fellows are prepared to lead with cutting edge expertise, courage and confidence in their organizations.
Our carefully curated space to foster enhanced leadership capabilities includes a rigorous, systematized and high-level mentorship platform. We deploy experience from vetted life coaches, business coaches and management consultants, combined with our Cornerstone Curriculum to support mentees for impact replication. We also offer the LGMP as a part of our mentorship package (contact us)
Cornerstone Conversations, our personal development and resilience building discussion forum offers participants a professional but intimate space to receive guidance, while acquiring important life skills. It also serves to offer critical technical skills, and a bridge to receiving mentorship.
We would love to hear from you, whether you're interested in working with our team or pursuing a career with us.
