Cecilia Idika-Kalu, (PhD), Co-founder & Director of Cornerstone Global, is an experienced professional with over a decade of work consulting and training in leadership, governance, and business development. She has delivered consulting, training and professional services for government agencies, international organizations, and nonprofits. Cecilia is a Boston Civic Action Policy Fellow; she is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified in Nonprofit Leadership & Management by the University of Notre Dame. Cecilia has conducted research and training for the Lowell City of Learning and research for the regional & community outreach of the Boston Federal Reserve Bank. She is a certified consultant for agencies in the United Nations system and holds an MBA, MPA and PhD in Global Studies with a focus on Human Security. The common theme in her body of work is her passion for people, and organizational vulnerabilities with a focus on advancing human thriving. At Cornerstone Global she works with organizations, offering them training, coaching and bespoke consultancy to co-create goal achievement. She co-founded Cornerstone Capacities with Adam Desrosiers to provide capacity building and support to students. Cecilia loves to read and travel.
